Enrollment
- Participants must study the rules and regulations listed below carefully. Participants who have completed the enrollment process agree to be abided by the rules and regulations of the event that has been signed up.
- Once the enrollment is accepted, enrollment fee is non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. A confirmation email will be sent to the enrolled email address within 10 working days after the Organizer has received the enrollment. Please contact the Organizer if no confirmation email is received (Email: KTSI.sportsoho.com; Tel: +852 2117 1650).
- Repeated enrollments in same competition will be counted as a single enrollment. The extra enrollment fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or other competitions.
- Walk-in registration are not accepted.
Race-pack
- A notification email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants two weeks before the event day.
- Participants have to show either the hard copy or electronic copy of the notification email to our staff to collect the race pack & event materials.

- Water
Points to note
- Please arrive at the venue on time for registration, race pack collection, and warm-up. A briefing and 5–10 minutes of practice time for the baton handover and treadmill operation will be arranged before the race.
- Runners must enter the venue for warm-up at least 15 minutes before race start. (Applicable to 10KM & 100KM Open Categories only)
- Changing rooms are available, but due to the number of participants, early arrival is recommended. Alternatively, use nearby mall restrooms.
- No baggage storage will be provided. Please bring minimal personal items and keep them beside your treadmill during the race.
- Each participant will receive one bottled water and one energy drink. (Energy drink not included for Family Category)
- Simple hydration and energy intake on the treadmill is allowed. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the venue.
- Please help keep the venue clean and hygienic.
Health & Safety Advice
- Participants should make sure their health condition is suitable for the race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
- Participants should understand the event content and nature and participation in this event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition capable for participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick or unwell during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials.
- People who are pregnant or with chronic diseases, like heart disease and high blood pressure, are not recommended to participate in the event.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept.
- Public liability insurance is covered by the Organizer of the event. Participants are also advised to purchase their own insurance coverage if necessary.
Severe Weather
- If Typhoon No.8 or above, or black rainstorm signal is hoisted 2 hours before the race, or HKO announced to hoist the signals during the race, the race will be cancelled. Please stay close to the announcement from the race organizer.
